1. Term of Storage

Minimum Term: The minimum storage term is three (3) months. Clients agree to pay for a minimum of three months’ storage regardless of earlier removal. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for early removal unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Storage Provider.

2. Optional Electrical Connection

The Storage Provider offers an optional electrical hookup for maintaining battery charge or operating low-power onboard systems. Service provides access to a standard 120V outlet.

- Limit: one connection per stored unit; maximum 2 amps continuous draw.

- Client supplies a certified, weather-safe extension cord.

- Fee: $10.00 per month (plus HST), billed with the storage term.

- Improper use (overloading, tampering, unsafe wiring) may result in termination of electrical service and possible cancellation of this Agreement.

- The Storage Provider is not responsible for damage to equipment or batteries caused by power fluctuations, disconnections, or Client error.

3. Fee Structure and Payment

Rates (flat monthly stall pricing):

- Up to 20 ft: $50+taxes / month

- 21–25 ft: $60+taxes / month

- 26–35 ft: $70+taxes / month

Rates are per stored unit, plus HST, based on overall length.

Payment Methods: E-transfer or cash only. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Fees are due in advance for the committed term.

4. Insurance and Liability

- The Client must maintain insurance on the stored item.

- The Storage Provider is insured but not liable for loss or damage due to theft, vandalism, weather, or other causes.

- The site is lighted, under 24-hour video surveillance, and has restricted access.

5. Arrival and Departure Conditions

- Arrivals and removals by appointment only with a minimum 24 hours’ notice.

- A $50 surcharge applies if an item is dropped off or removed without prior appointment.

6. Abandonment

Items left unpaid more than 60 days past the storage term may be considered abandoned and subject to sale or disposal after reasonable notice.

7. Right to Refuse

The Storage Provider may refuse storage of any item deemed unsafe.

8. Photo Documentation

The Storage Provider will photograph the stored item at commencement for documentation.

9. Privacy

Personal information is used solely for the purposes of this Agreement and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
